Why Buy A Timeshare?

Timeshare ownership is not for everyone. For some, hotel stays for infrequent travel may be the most economical option. However, there are many advantages to timeshare ownership when compared to hotel stays for most people. Such as:

1) Space

Generally, a timeshare property will provide more space and amenities than a hotel room for the same or lower price. Most timeshare units include a full kitchen. While some people may find the idea of cooking while on vacation repulsive, those on a budget will appreciate the ability to vacation without eating out for every meal.

For the most part, a hotel room gets you a room - and maybe a pool and a workout room. Most timeshare resorts feature multiple pools, hot tubs, spacious workout areas, kids activities and other amenities that make the timeshare a destination it itself, not just a place to sleep.

Also, since most timeshare guests are owners they tend to take better care of their properties than those renting a hotel room for a night or two.

All of these advantages come at similar or lower cost than comparable hotel stays.
